Help for multicam editing

How can I sync footage for interview, 2 angles, same camera type, one card for each camera...Audio is embedded in footage clips, stereo channels...I want to have each speaker on separate mono track for audio. What options to set for clip properties and after that what to set in dialog for sync to multicam?
Can I transfer this multicam synced timeline with xml to Adobe Premiere, synced video and 4 mono channels?
