Unable to save project [postgres][colaboration][B7]

I'm trying to save my project, but getting the error:

Falied to save.png (16.63 KiB) Viewed 502 times

I also get the error if I try to close resolve.

looking at the log davinci seems upset that I duplicated a timeline and didn't change the name.

I'm running a postgres DB with collaboration turned on.
I have a diagnostics log if anyone wants to look at it.
OS version: Windows 10 Version 1803(OS Build 17134.165)
Resolve Version: 15.0.0B.073
GPU: GTX-1060-6GB
