DaVinci Resolve Beta not Booting

I installed the beta, and when I try and open it nothing happens, no startup screen, no error message, nothing happens. In task manager I see that the process is running and it takes up 137.5 MB of ram, always that number. End task, try and open, nothing. Restart PC, same thing.
Intel i7-7700K, 16GB of RAM, GTX 1070 8GB.

Try uninstalling and then install beta 7

I tried that, still doesn't boot. Here is the crash report
