Resolve only starts once a computer-session

Hello there,
each time I close Resolve (15) it won't re-open. I have to restart the computer, only than I can re-open Resolve. As this is a) bizzare and b) time consuming, I was wondering if anybody would have an advice?

Open windows "task manager" and look for Resolve. End task and you should be able to reload resolve

It is not normal.. So might be an issue that the app does not close all the way.. Can be windows, can be hardware, can be resolve...

For the benefit of others, I'll provide an answer. Xtreemtec [whose true name is missing and disallowed in this Forum] meant:
Open the app called
Windows Task Manager
Select DaVinci Resolve
Select 'END TASK'
Close the app.

Restart DaVinci Resolve

Not sure if you have seen what is happening last few months.. But nicknames are allowed since a month of 3 / 4. Your real name is added underneath the Nick name..

If you take a good look at the Topic starter..
His nickname is " Leonardo"
Real Name: Heinrich Matthias
And he thanks us with the name Phillip

BTW my account was created BEFORE the whole Real name issue came up..
And my name is clearly visable in my signature..

That are the steps I took!
Actually, my names are Heinrich Matthias Philipp - Leonardo is for, well, Davinci
