How to move projects to new hard drive?

How do I move my projects from what appears to be a default location on my (small) c drive to my big e drive?
Copying using the file manager in win 10 doesn't seem to work.

Set up a new database on the new drive and in project manager copy each one over.

I handled this with a Backup of each Database to my Dropbox account, then Restored them to the desired location on the local drive.
