FR Go to timeline marker not clip marker

As it presently is, Shift Up/Down takes you to every marker in the timeline AND every marker in every clip. That can waste a lot of time if you just want to go to timeline markers.

Perhaps there's a way to do it that I can't find but...probably not, so....how 'bout a new keyboard shortcut that just takes you to timeline markers? Wouldn't hurt....

I wouldn't mind the option of navigating only the timeline markers.

Additionally, a marker on both the video and audio portion of a clip should only be navigated to once, not once for video and once for audio. (It's the same marker, for heaven's sake.)
