Do you mean the planar tracker in Resolve or the camera tracker in Fusion? I can give them a try. But what do you expect from it? It won't track with so many objects passing close in the foreground and probably those massive exposure changes from automatic won't be helpful either.
P.S. Both tracking in Resolve and in Fusion run without a problem here. Stabilization in Resolve is remarkably fast, but tracking and solving 3D for such a long clip is very slow in Fusion. BTW, the GPU doesn't matter at all for the latter. As I expected, the 3D track is not usable with an error of 141 pixels at default settings. Better settings may take hours without much better results for such a shot in my experience.
