Resolve 15 Rendered video is stuttering

Hello there,

My problem is that the rendered video is stuttering. It's not even the playback is the "delivered", rendered video.
I've read that the fps might have something to do with this but my footage and the session are both in 29.97 fps. Which information do I need to provide in order to describe this problem in full detail?

I've searched for this problem and haven't found anything. If there already is a topic I'm very sorry!

Could it be that you use a codec/data rate that your machine can't handle?

Thank you very much for your answers it turned out to be much simpler.
After working in Resolve my computer was under such a heavy load that it was unable to play the videos smoothly. After restarting the PC it was fine.
