Ripple trim issue with Linked Clips

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't find the right way to ripple trim my clip.

Ah, figured out the issue. It's the Track Auto Select buttons that were off. Though unfortunately at the moment unless you're careful there is a bug where if you Opt+Click an empty place of the timeline it will turn the Auto Select buttons off.
