Cannot Get DaVinci Resolve 15 to Open

Hey there,

As the title says I cannot get Resolve15 to open. I've tried uninstalling multiple times. I've changed the install path - as per another article. I've decided to not to mess with it too much as I don't want to break anything any further than it already has been broken. I tried to use Resolve14 previously today and noticed that Resolve15 was out and decided to upgrade. Since upgrading, I've not been to even open the program - even when running it as administrator.

Please, if at all possible, help me through this!

Resolve Version: 14.3.1 & 15.0 (Tried Both. Neither Work. 14.3.1 is currently installed)
Windows: Windows 10 Home
CPU: i7-7700k
GPU: One Gigabyte 1080ti
OS: 64 bit

The program says it "Installed Successfully", but fails to open up. However, in my task manager, it can be found in the background processes.
