I am using the Fusion tab in Davinci Resolve 15.0.1.003 and have added a paint node containing a closed polylinestroke.
Is it possible to fill this shape with a solid fill colour? I can't find an option to do this and can't find anything in the paint section of the manual.
What I was trying to achieve was drawing an arrow that was filled in.
Yes, one of the tools of the paint node is the Fill option. It is available on the side of the viewer where you can choose from a shape or polyline stroke and other options.

Do you know what you select? When I do a fill all I seem to be able to do is choose a center point from which to fill similarly colored pixels along with the threshold and softness.

Are you sure? I just gave it a try and it didn't fill anything. (Selected fill in the Inspector > Modifiers tab, then left clicked inside the polylinestroke that I had painted into the paint node)
I've also tried selecting the polylinestroke that I painted and see if I can connect it to the fill of the paint node and no luck.
Any news on this??? I have the same problem. Google guided me here. Maybe someone can post an information how the "fill" icon looks like and where to find it? I also want to paint an arrow and the only thing I could achieve is stroke, not filled polygon.
Hi, there's still one problem - that tiny gap between the polyline and the fill. The fill just doesn't completely blend into the surrounding shape as you can also see on the 2nd screenshot. Even a non-soft brush doesn't help.
