No USB communication

Hi,
I just got my new BMCC today, great, but there is no USB communication, I have tried with a MAC Pro and a MAC book pro retina with no result, what to do?

Pretty frustration, when waiting so long and getting a camera thats not works!

The USB is only used for firmware upgraded as far as I know; what are you trying to do via USB?

Im trying to do a firmware update, but I constantly get The camera is NOT recognized by the Camera Utility...

I am unable to capture video in MEDIA EXPRESS ATEM production switcher via usb 3.0, I have a Dell laptop / i5 /model Inspiron 5520 / windows 8
No Divice Conected is appearing in media express
this capturing divice is very importatnt to me, if any one knows plz help. Thanks

Yes. Please wait for a software update due very soon but your camera is already running the latest software version so you won't need to run any updates.
