Resolve 15 Crashes on Render

I created an 8-second video using a 1920x1080 PNG image and a burn-away effect created in Fusion, followed this online tutorial for that as I'm new... youtube /watch?v=4XDlKUpYUCo (I can't post urls...) It plays, though-be-it choppy, within the fusion tab while creating it. I did get a GPU memory full from time to time. Side question: How does an 8-second clip of a PNG and burn effect fill up 4GB or GPU RAM? Resolve crashes on render around the 37-43% mark every time. I never get an error message, it crashes hard and exits out to the desktop instantly.

I've tried multiple output codecs, changing the render speed down to 1, reduced the video to 720p from 1080p; they all crash Resolve when I try to render.

6800K CPU, GTX 970 GPU with 4GB RAM, 16GB system RAM, Win 10 Pro

If you post your log file from the help menu someone from Blackmagic may get back to you at some point if your lucky.l

It wont even let me post URLs as txt, I had to chop it up above to get it to post.

If anyone is feeling generous... Would anyone be willing to render it for me? And drop the result somewhere that I can retrieve the resulting video, dropbox etc...? I can provide the .comp project file and the PNG that I'm using as the logo. It's something that I'm making for a USMC group that I'm associated with; not making any $ off of it or anything like that, just to be clear

Maybe the comp file may show something I did incorrectly that's causing the crash? I would like to get that fixed!

Side note, I did a particle wind-wipe effect on the same logo that didn't crash Resolve on Render. If that helps with troubleshooting.
