little thumbnails preview

Yesterday, when i hovered over the clips in my bin with my mouse, i'm dead sure i got a preview of that specific frame on my source monitor and also on the decklink output.

But for some reason, not today. Only in the thumbnail itself. Is it a preference? If so, where can i activate it?

I've seen, what to me, seems like strange behavior here also. I drives me nuts, so I'm interested in how to turn off this "feature"
