Source file monitoring

PostMon Oct 29, 2018 12:49 pm

Hello!

Does Resolve not notice when files are updated? In example:
1. source file on the desktop is added to timeline
2. source file is updated and overwritten
3. Resolve still shows the original file

Thanks for any help

Source clips are linked unless optimized.

If you swap out the source file Resolve will update, but you need to reload the clip in the source viewer. Or if the clip is cut on the timeline, you need to disable caching and move the playhead off the clip. When you come back you'll see the new content.
