trying to update firmware

When I try to update to firmware version 1.3, I get the message 'firmware is up to date', however, 1.2 is running, instead of the 1.3. what to do?

Is ther a way to check the firmware version that is running? can't find out how to do that?

You have to install Utility version 1.3...
