I sent a clip and received two different replies and they said it works fine on their systems. One asked for a log so i sent it.
first message:"Hi,
This file read fine on our system ( Macbook, Resolve 9.0.3).

Second :"Hi James,
This clip is visible in the Library view on my 9.0.3 Resolve Mac setup, and it loads into the Media Pool and works as expected.
It looks like you might have blacked out something in the lower third. Does the clip you sent me behave the same way on your system, i.e., you don’t even see it in the Library view?
If so, I would be totally baffled as to why that was.
If you still can’t see this file in the Library view, please run the CaptureLogs app in the /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve folder. When you double click CaptureLogs in the Finder window, it will place a .tgz log file on your desktop. Send us that file to look at.
