C-mount,PL,OCT-18,19,Nikanon,M,39-SML.....

Space would be the main issue. The next would be that any MFT lens (or any crop sensor lens for that matter) would vignette.

It's designed to shrink a full frame image circle down so it is smaller on a crop sensor.

They don't mention anything about the increased resolution MTF, unlike the SpeedBooster, hope it does increase it too... cuz prize is not bad hehehe!

Noob Question: Will it do electronic aperture control? Or do you still need to be rocking a manual lens?

Might think of getting one for the pocket cam if that's a possibility.

It's not electronic, however the blue dial on the center's a "manual" override for Nikon G glass. So it works like their other Nikon G adapters, but with the focal reducer built in.

As much as I want this to be EF mount, the price is pretty good, it ships immediately, so I bought one to try out with BV1-MFT and some Zeiss ZFs, and will definitely put it on le Pocket Cam when it comes time.

Well yes, that's what they say. When I was purchasing my adaptor (not a new one) not only their web page and their amazon store said "infinity focus guaranteed" they actually had an image of the adaptor attached to one of the very lenses I own. Guess what — no infinity focus with any of my nikon lenses at the apertures below f/11.

I don't understand why no one makes these in EF, passive. Obviously they think only active EF mounts get bought, however with a passive BMCC it's obsolete.

Also, I can adapt so much to EF; like M42, Leica R, Olympus OM, Contax/Yashica and even Nikon. I don't understand why Metabones tries to feed us with Leica R and C/Y when they could easily come up with a passive EF one and sell them BIG TIME. I don't even own a single Canon AF Lens, coming from Canon DSLRs.
I swear, when the first one (Metabones, Fotodiox, Zhongy Lens Turbo, maybe a fourth?) releases EF->MFT "Speedbooster", I order it blind.

Yep,seem no sense MFT to MFT,but a lot of sense with the Pocket s16. The 0.72x get approximate 2x crop like MFT sensor size,isn´t?
Is a little bit paradoxical but could enjoy MFT lens on the Pocket without crop.

I don´t know,I don´t have any MFT lens. Just hope to use my Lomo anamorphic and other FF lens in the Pocket with x2 crop,non with x2.88 crop.

I don´t think Speedbooster develop MFT to OCT-19,so MFT-EOS-OCT-19 could work

On a BMCC you don't have an active MFT mount, so you can't change it anyway. There's only this Redrock Adapter with external power who could do this. Or what do you mean? For BMCC users, an active one is obsolete.
Also you could build a batch of 50 and see if they sell; I bet they would.

I don't own a single AF Lens for the EF mount; and could easily get a C/Y or a Leica R on a Canon EF. Why should I get a Leica R when I could buy a Canon EF (passive) and had more options?

I've have had the Fotodiox Nikon G to MFT adapter since the GH1 days. I used it with the GH1, GH2, AF100, and it is now on my BMCC. Focus was always able to reach infinity with every lens I put on it on all the cameras I listed. I have had zero issues with it.

Here are the list of lenses I use on it daily:
Tokina 11-16
Sigma 17-50
Nikkor 20mm f3.5 AI
Nikkor 28mm f2.8 E Series
Nikkor 35mm f2 AF-D
Nikkor 50mm f1.4 AF-D

I just grabbed one too, thanks for the discount code! I would rather get the metabones one but its kinda hard when its not available. I dont expect the Nikon version to come anytime soon so at least this will increase the usability of the pocket cam when it arrives next month...hahaha

Shipped pretty fast, my adapter's in California now so it should be out for delivery earlier tomorrow. Have some sketches shooting tomorrow and some corporate stuff in a Salon (Hair, my favorite!) so will post stills pretty soon.

I looked at the personal view link and saw the results. Spot on with the grease. One person mentioned though that there weren't any instructions with it. Could it be that the optical element needed to be tweaked in some way to get it to work properly. It's hard to imagine someone would sell a product that looks like that!

I received one of these this morning to use with our collection of Nikon/Nikkor glass. It's going back tonight, very disappointing results. Definitely widens the frame, but it makes things very soft and unpleasant. Kinda reminds me of an old iPhone photo.

Also they are saying 0.5X for full frame and 0.7 for apsc....kind of a big promise there with 2 stops improvement....

Meanwhile I keep an eye on the Metabones, should come out soon.
