Both of them perform choppy on DR Source Monitor/Timeline (all set to 59.94) Both of them perform half speed 30 fps in the Color Page. Both of them perform great in Premiere Both of them Perform great in VLC
Ufff, thanks god I could sort it. After seeing you Imac specs Uli that are less than mine I was not gonna belive it was due to a slow machine.. So I uninstalled and installed DR .... and now is working... I don't have a clue why, but it is:
So yeah... I don't know why reinstalling it sorted it but there you go.
I guess we can end this topic now. Thanks to everyone for the time taken to clear this out.. wish I know a reason, but the important thing is that is workin!!

Add - I gave both clips a try in Resolve Studio 16.2.1 and both played fine in the edit page and color page (see my specs in my signature - I'm using the i9 machine with the P4000 for my tests).

Yes.. I wish I could understand the "why" but I'm glad it's working now. I couldn't belive that this specs wouldnt run even a LQ optimized media... Thanks again to everyone
