I haven't heard of such limitation in camera - but right now the largest available card that is fast enough for (compressed) raw recording is a 64 gb sandisk extreme pro, which will be full after 12 to 15 minutes. So there _is_ a sort of recording time limit, but it's not built into the camera and will rise once there are larger fast cards available. The theoretical limit for SDXC cards is around 2 TB, which would last many hours...
Keep in mind that the raw recording capabilities are not built into the cameras firmware, so everything discussed here is just based on technical considerations. Yet we expect the three cameras to share most of the software related characteristics, so looking at the Cinema Camera we get a good preview of what to expect in Pocket and Production Camera.
