slanted cropping possible?

I'm new in using Davinci Resolve, used Adobe Premiere many years.
In Premiere there is an effect called "linear wipe", which allows to crop a video not only straight, but also in any angle.
Is there anything like it in Resolve?

You can easily create a polygon mask and crop it in whatever shape you'd like.

okay... but how do I create a polygon mask and in which editor?
I don't want to mask anything, but crop in any angle.
