Freeform view

please make the Freeform view for the Edit tab Media Pool, like the one Premiere pro has so that users could undock it and move the window onto another monitor (like it is with the video Viewer in the Fairlight tab).
That'll be awesome for editors!

Select the bin on the left of the media pool and right click and select 'open in new window '

Freeform view and floating bin windows are two different things.

The latter we can do, as Peter says.

Freeform would be a Feature Request.

There is a separate forum for Feature Requests.

viewforum.php?f=33

Best practice is to search first, to see if someone already asked. If not, post one idea per thread with a very brief description of the idea in the thread's title.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
