Loving the new look and features of Resolve 17, but I'm finding that when I scrub through the timeline to make fine edits (jumping frame-by-frame with the arrow keys), the audio is playing from a fair few frames ahead or behind the play head. It's ahead if scrubbing forward and behind if scrubbing backwards.
So far I've only edited one project so I can't yet say if this is a localised project issue or more broadly throughout my installation. Audio is fine during playback and syncs perfectly with the video track. It's only when scrubbing that I have problems.
It might be worth mentioning that this began to occur after I applied some Fairlight adjustments to the vocal track (EQ, compression, multiband compression, de-esser and de-noiser)

Yep. But it is really buggy as sometimes the delay won't happen, sometimes it will only happen while scrubbing, and sometimes it will happen during normal playback (and will also export with whatever bug you're hearing).
Closing and reopening the project can change which bug decides to appear
