SDI to HDMI Mini Converter

Hi:

I can't seem to figure out the workflow going from my BMCC to a Manhattan LCD HD8900 HD Monitor. I'm going through a Mini Converter SDI to HDMI. Please help with as much detail as possible.

Some things to check:

Does that monitor support one or more of the BMCC's SDI output frame rates/formats (1920 x 1080 @ 23.98p, 24p, 25p, 29.97p, 30p)?

Also, as noted in the current user manual on p. 10, downloadable from BMD's support site:

"... If you have selected to record in 25 fps or 29.97 fps on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera, and set the SDI overlays to Off, the SDI output will be set to [interlaced] 1080i50 and 1080i59.94 respectively. ..."
