Instead of telling you to rtfm, I'll give you a real answer and tell you what I've learned.
I'm not an audio specialist, at all, but here what I know.
Youtube set the loudness to -14 LUFS, it means that if a video has an audio track that is louder than that, youtube will reduce the volume of the whole video by "X" db (it doesn't care if there a just some parts of the audio that makes the whole track go above the limit, it just brings all down).
It's different for other platforms, you can find a list online. You can export different version for each, you can export an unique file at -23 LUFS (to be safe) but it can sound too quiet in comparison of other videos on some platform (like youtube), or you don't care and let them reduce the volume (or not touch it if it's in the range)
You can see it if you activate the "stats for nerds" on the youtube player (right click to access it).
On the screenshot you can see the difference. The "original" volume was reduced (when it doesn't, it shows 100% / 100%).
I personally use this website (it analyze the audio locally on your machine) :
https://www.loudnesspenalty.com/ I export just an audio file and drop it there to see where I'm at.
You can set your "Target loundness level" in the settings (see screenshot) so it's easier to analyse your audio meters.
You can also analyze an audio clip from Fairlight by right clicking on it then "Analyze audio level" (see screenshot). You'll just get the levels for this particular clip. I guess you can add every clips in a compound clip and analyze your whole timeline that way (never tried it).
Like I said, I'm not a specialist but I know that if I'm at -14 or below that, it works, if I'm over, youtube will reduce the volume of the whole track by X db. It works for me

Oh, and you can activate the "Loudness history" too, click on the automation icon, the you'll see a new track appearing, activate "Loudness history" selection Integrated (or everything) and you'll see how the audio behave over the course of your clip. -
But I'm not familiar at all with this so I can't help more
