Please help a novice, I'm going mad

PostThu Mar 04, 2021 8:34 pm

I am rendering a video with the recorded voice/audio track, I have also added a music track, however I render I get no music. I've tried "YouTube" settings and Custom. I've added a screen shot.
Please help me, It worked last week so I'm really confused now.

I take it that when you play back the timeline in either the Edit or Fairlight pages you can hear the music and the meters register the audio?
In the Render settings "Audio", try setting the output track to "Main 1 (Stereo)" instead of All Timeline Tracks.
This is what mine is set to and all tracks render.

Just a side note to this. Gary is using Resolve 16. In version 17, if you are using Flexibus routing the Output Track would show Bus 1 (Stereo).

Thanks for helping, when I'm editing or playing back I hear and can adjust both sound tracks, I'll try later.
