17.0 (release) crashes at splash screen on windows

Hi....

I usually use a Mac (and have never one single time during all the betas had it not load), but my church bought DR Studio and I installed 17.0 Release to get them running. The software only got as far as entering the serial number then crashed. I have uninstalled - no good. I have updated Nvidia drivers for the 2070 Super -- no good.

Just for giggles, I even tried 17.1 Studio Beta. I even tried non-studio (not that it would likely matter)

Is there a log or something somewhere I can send for someone to try to tell me why this is happening? My very first Windows install of DR and -- poof! crash!

We've been fighting for a week on it and there's no answer...
I also can't launch 17 release and 17.1b10
But 17b9 works great

Does the batch file turn on a the ability to make a log, or gather a log that's already there?
I ask becuase I found the problem.... someone had put a Aukey web cam on the computer. THAT was causing DR to crash upon loading. As soon as it was removed, DR runs perfectly. I ask about the gathering of logs, because the camera was taken home by the volunteer. I don't mind hunting it down and re-hooking it up to make new logs -- just want to see if I need to make new logs or we can look at what's already there.

Resolve keeps a copy of last 5 crashes - So even if you capture logs now, it'll most likely have the relevant one. Can you also list the exact model of the webcam which was being used.

Here is the camera that was plugged in that was causing the crashing (or at least when I remove it, the crashing stopped... plugged it back in and the crashing started again)

So, in my configuration nothing has changed at all, and 17 and 17.1b10 do not start. And you haven't been able to tell me anything about it for over a week. Thank goodness I was able to find 17b9 on other sites. Because here on the support page I find nothing.
