Tracking 2 Power Windows at the same time

PostFri Mar 05, 2021 11:20 am

Hello,

I have a moving boat where I have to blur the logo on 2 sides. I use a Power Window and add an other one in the same node. When I want to track both, only one is activated. How can I activate both so I can track them together?

Thank you!

Dorian

When I have done multiple power window tracks before I put one window in one node, so add another serial node, put the other power window in there and track that in the new node

Thank you for your suggestion, I was thinking about that too, but since it is one boat moving, the tracking might be different and not match?

2 nodes, one power window per node, tracking is per node not the scene overall I believe, i've certainly done it where 2 objects move VERY independently of each other in the same clip no bother.

A window (by design) only track what is in it. If you feel is the same movement, you can copy and paste the track to the second window.
Since tracking isn’t perfect and sometimes settings need to be toggled on and off, for Re attempts at tracking, I feel that your request would do more harm than good. This is of course when the desired color/effect needs to be equally applied within the same node/windows. (Eyes, that blink, eye bags, etc.)

Thank you dariobigi! That is the solution!
Copy trackdata to an other window.
Have not thought about that.
