Programatically import text to template

Hey, I am working on a template into what we should insert external data to generate sport-related videos.

Mostly text and images.

Before we were doing this with AfterEffects and Templater plugin, using JSON files.

But we are searching for another way to do it as we are unable to scale up production.

I am investigating Davinci Resolve 17 and it seems to work in 90%.

However, I have a couple of issues. So I thought I will ask around (I have 2 days of experience with Davinci Resolve and Fusion).

1. How could I wrap the imported text automatically (as in some cases we have multiple rows of text in others just a few words… without any data on where the text should be sent to a new line) I saw DR and Fusion does not have an automatic text wrapping feature (text-box).

2. where could I find data or documentation to import data from external files. (CSV, JSON, Text files etc?)

I think these two tutorials is exactly what you're asking for. The example even pulls Bundesliga scores off the Internet and turns them into a lower third crawl.
