I see this has been brought up before, but I have tried various solutions on here and nothing is working. I have tried every iteration of 17 and nothing seems to be getting me in. I can't send an error report because the process just ends. I am running a PC, Windows 10, latest drivers, and updates. It's a threadripper 1950x with 64 GB of 3600mhz ram and an RTX 3090. So I don't think its a hardware issue. But if support of can give me some pro tips on getting this past the splash screen that would be great.

*EDIT* I found a solution. It looks like it's a conflict of Red Giant Universe. I uninstalled the application, and it booted right up. Only took like 7 hours to figure this out, but I am happy now.
