Resolve 17 PostgreSQL another question

so with Resolve 17 Project Server, it appears that I can no longer point to a specific location (IP address) where my PostgreSQL database is located - is this correct ? I must install Project Server, that computer becomes the PostgreSQL database server, and then Export an Access key from Project Server to my local Resolve workstations, so that they can connect to the PostgreSQL database. Is this correct ?

Collaboration was added to the Free version of Resolve, so things did change on this front.
