Resolve 17 not saving audio effects on tracks

Basically, I've got a project with a dialog processor applied to my VO track.

If I save and close resolve and re-open, the effect is gone.

Is the plugin instance on the Mixer channel not displayed?

Is the insert button on the channel still enabled?

This is the sort of thing I see in the Mixer on the Fairlight page. Here we have tracks with an inserted VST plug-in, Resolve's own Dynamics and EQ, and fader automation. Never had a problem with any of them disappearing.

Yah, I don't know why, it doesn't happen everytime, but it happens probably every other time.

Potentially a UI issue. Are the plugins available in the Inspector for the selected Track?

In the Fairlight Mixer's Additional Options (3 dots) menu, does toggling "Effects" show the inserted plugins?

Enables/Disables the Insert Return and inserted plugins.

The project I'm working on now has this problem this consistently.

A little more detail.. it'll occasionally happen if i switch to another time line. When I return, the effect is gone.

If possible share a Project file (without media) that illustrates this behaviour.
