media bin moved?

I reinstalled windows, so I also upgraded to 17, and setting things up again. There used to be a media bin between where the master sits, and smart bins so I could have universal things in there between projects (like audio). But it's not there now, and I suppose I'm not googling right, because I can't find where it went, or if it was a setting I accidentally turned on one day in davinci resolve 16

Under the View menu, there's options to Show Smart Bins and Show Power Bins.

They're off by default.
