white/red spots removal

I know the answer is "shoot in the best conditions so stucked, hot pixels won't appear", but in case they are clearly visible in a video you shoot and you have to use, is there any way to "cover" them, any program that does this miracle? tnx

Have neat video, tried it on the BMPCC footage from wooden camera, all it does is kill the film grain, the hot pixels are not touched by the program. If you have CC or CS6 you might try opening a still frame in Photoshop and creating a mask that covers troubled areas then dropping it over your video.

If you have Adobe After Effects, it comes with Mocha AE. You can use this to easily track the spots and replace them using digital retouching techniques. Here is an example:
