Text+ constantly goes offline

I don't understand how text+ when placed on a time line or even within a fusion composition can constantly go offline. Its not like its part of the media pool and I can go locate it on a harddrive and relink it. How do you fix missing media that's within the program??

Can you post more information on your system - OS, hardware, drivers and resolve version?

A link to logs (captured from the Hlep menu soon after sseeing the issue) could help.

Other info - screenshots, a description of what you're generally doing when it goes offline, perhaps even an exported project, should also help analyse what is happening.
