DaVinci doesn't activate anymore and can't open it!!

Hi, untill yesterday I used davinci studio version. Today it asks for activation key and after entering it gives error. I CAN'T WORK ANYMORE!

Before giving the error it say "no activations left"...but it's crazy because I have the activation code and used until yesterday!

I use the software with my colleague, the activation key should be ok for 2 uses, but after my colleague activated it i can't use it anymore. Don't know how to do

What happens if I try to reinstall an older version? Does it make sense? I will lose the databases when reinstalling?? I am so frustrated....

No option to deactivate your previous license registrations?

Going back a version won't help here.

Normally what happens is a third activation will automatically de-activate the first, the fourth will de-activate the second, and so on.

Sometimes that automatic de-activation fails, so it is always best to do that manually from the Help menu ahead of time.

When I enter the key it fails...I will try again now and tell you. Thank everyone for help.

What happens if I unsinstall my 17 studio version and install the free version? Do I risk to loose the databases??

Seems now the problem has been corrected. It says it has deactivated all the licenses and activated mine....wonder what will happen when my collegue will open it.
