Resolve doesn't open anymore

I have recently completely reset my pc because it crashed all the time. I installed every program again including Resolve 17. However, it doesn't open anymore. I've tried reinstalling the software, I installed older versions.. but nothing's showing up when I open it. The only thing it does is saying that it is opened in Task Manager. Does anyone else have this problem?

Resolve will sometimes get stuck in memory. You'll have to End Task on it before you can restart it.

Yeah I've tried that multiple times but it didn't work. Turns out I had to reinstall Windows, uninstall GPU drivers and reinstall Resolve. It works now

Extreme but, yeah. Sometimes it comes down to that.
