Secondary Text in Title Creation in Edit Page

I'm using the Lower Third Corporate Corner 2 Lines in the Edit Page but when I visit the Secondary Text box and try to type in new text it just starts deleting the text I typed in the 1st Text box. Is there a way to "Save" the 1st text box so when I visit the secondary box I can't delete the text in the 1st box?

Did I inadvertently press a wrong key?

xunite - Thank you for that link. I'm on deadline so I don't have time to learn Fusion right now but I do intend to at a later date. Right now I need to change the typed in text color in Edit Page > Fusion Titles > Lower 3rd Corporate Corners 1 line but after I type in the text Box there is no color chart. I visited that tiny color box right after that end of the font name in Inspector > Fusion but that doesn't seem to change the font color. I chose Gil Sans Condensed because that's the smaller font size I could fit into the 2 corners. Are there some fonts you can't change the color on in Edit Page? If so, can you pls recommend a font that's small like Gil so I can fit it into the corners? Thank you!

With Fusion titles, not all things can be changed in Edit. Some things will require Fusion knowledge.
