I've read the DR manual and don't see a video on this.
When I open DR, I can't see when the last date and time was that I modified the project like you can in Windows File Explorer (there you can see the date and time it was last modified.)
All I see in DR is a bunch of video clip frames wit a title below that frame. I'm trying to learn the best way to save a project as I go along. DR will not allow me to Save over the same project name like you can in a word processor. Ex. Oranges - I can make changes to the Orange project and keep saving it as Oranges.
In DR, I have to re-name the project a different name each time I add a Title, audio, video etc. so I end up with Oranges, Oranges-copy, Oranges-copy copy. etc.
Is my only option to rename the project each time with a number at the end? Ex. Oranges, then Oranges1, theoranges2, etc/
2 thoughts - you can switch between thumbnail and text view, text view shows last opened - i rename my projects every time i save a DRP, and that happens several times daily, so yea, oranges _v01 oranges _v02 oranges _v03 on and on. i have DRP's of v01 and v02 on a backup drive should i need to access them and only v03 appears in the database
How do I switch between or access Thumbnails or Details?
Ex. This is what I see when I open DR.
DR 16 opens to this smaller screen. In Libre Writer or Word when the 1st window opens to a smaller screen in the upper right corner there is a small, empty box which you click and it makes the whole screen display what you're looking at and not just a smaller screen on the desktop
Ex.
How do I make the DR screen fill the whole screen?
Thank you so very much for all your kind help.

I've read some of the DR manual and try to watch as many videos as possible but they don't seem to address some of my questions. For instance, when I first open DR I'm not sure how to reach List manager or what that looks like in DR. A graphic of what I should see would be very helpful. Thank you!

That's not the best approach.
Stop all project related work. Take a break for a week. Go through the training books (better than the videos). Do the complete Beginner's Guide at least before you return to any project work. Then maybe continue on with the other training books as you work.
My Biases:
You NEED training. You NEED a desktop. You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Please take Jim's advice. You are asking very basic questions that are answered in the Resolve User Manual. Please read how things are supposed to work before posting. As I mentioned in a PM; BMD forums are not really intended as a beginners training resource for new users.
