In resolve color, I drew a mask using a power window around a part of the video & tracked the motion, but it is flickering you can watch it here:
After Mask: please, watch it first & let me know if it is noticeable that there is a mask at this place
before mask:
it was much more obvious in the NLE & the exported video & it became less obvious when uploading to Vimeo mostly because of compressing however I need to know why this happens and how to solve this?
I am unable to see it on my phone but would ask, what node operation are you doing in the mask? If you turn off the window does the whole image react with a similar flicker? If yes it’s in the footage and your operation is enhancing or bringing it out and I would apply an OFX to a node earlier in your tree to mitigate it. A lightning frequency difference to the camera shutter?

I can see some flickering in the blue shirt in both before and after shots, but I don't see the mask edges Compression artifacts maybe. Is the footage highly compressed in camera, like h.264 or the like?
Also there seems to be a barely noticable light flicker at around 20 sec. Looks like a slightly darker frame or two.

I don't know the camera settings because I didn't shoot it. based on the replies, it seems the flickering is not noticeable. thank you for your help
The only flicker I see is in both videos. Toward the middle of the clip I see a flicker in the brick wall toward the left side, almost as if a bug flew in front of a light source.
