Blanking Fill doesn't work properly on version 17.1

Installed the latest version of Davinci Resolve (17.1) and the Blanking Fill doesn't work again. This seems to happen every time I install a new version. It only works for a few pixels on the edge of each side of the video but doesn't stretch to the entire timeline. Does anyone have a workaround?

Add alpha output in Color page.
