Stereo Audio files become mono in timeline

PostThu Mar 25, 2021 7:02 pm

When I bring in some audio files (I think it's mostly wav files), they are stereo files, but only have one mono channel with audio when brought into the time line. So I have to go and edit the clip attributes to change it to stereo and then get it to embed the first channel onto the second to get both channels playing audio.

Are you adding the clip to a stereo track?

You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

OK.

Can you share a file for testing?
