Adjustment Clip + Fusion Problem (possible)

PostMon Mar 29, 2021 4:31 am

Hi everyone!
So, I have some problem. May be something wrong.
I take Adjustment Clip over main track. Make it 12 frames long. And then, press shift+5 and make simple transition:
1. Use Transform node, animate Center.X position and change Edge parameters to Mirror (3 keyaframes: 0.5, -0.5, -1.5)
2. Use Directional Blur node and animate Length parameter (3 key frame from 0 to max and back)
So, after that I return to Edit Page (shift+4), rename Adjustment Clip from Inspector to Whipe left and drag it to Media Pool. Than, if I take it from Media Pool to other place on Timeline it doesn't work properly. And it have two variation of «bad working»: nothing happened (all nodes and animation present (if we go to Fusion Page), but I have no animation when hit Play button) or I have some frames (on start or end on Adjustment Clips) from place where I started make this transition.

But if I use copy-paste Adjustment Clip on Timeline — it work. Problem only if I take it from Media Pool again.

So, what I do wrong?

Are your keyframes in the new range of interest?

By the way... How is z820 dealing with resolve, and fusion? Is it viable?

Sorry, I didn't understand your question... Keyframes on Adjustment Clip and (as I know) they are didn't linked to global timeline (because there are on Adjustment Clip certainly)
And if I copy-paste (with Alt) Adjustment Clip on Timeline, it work perfectly. Problem only with same clip drag from Media Pool

I guess this would be the case with a fusion comp...
But adjustment layer starts at 90000 frames if I am not mistaken... Worth checking though
