Drawing on multiple video tracks in Resolve 16

I'm relatively new to Resolve, so this is the first time I've tried to do this particular thing and can't figure out how to do it. I know that I can use Fusion to draw (with the Paint node) on a video, but in this case my video has several video tracks (images and several text tracks) and I'd like to be able to draw on top of all of them, as if they were a merged flat image that I can write on.

If you look at the image above, you can see the output at the top and all of the video tracks - basically I'd like to be able to use the Paint node to draw on top of the text tracks. Is this possible, or would I need to remake all of this part of the video within Fusion? (I hope not; that sounds way more complicated )

Just add an adjustment clip on top, open it in fusion and use the paint node.

You can also select all the clips, right click and create a new Fusion Comp.

I didn't even know about adjustment clips or what they were for! Thank you - I think this will work perfectly.

When I tried to do this before, it would only give me the menu option to create a new fusion comp if I right clicked on the bottom track (the image) with everything selected; if I tried to right click on any of the text tracks, the New Fusion Composition option doesn't appear. (And when I create it from the image track, even with all the text tracks selected, the fusion comp doesn't include any of the text.)
