Please add drag & dropped files in correct sequence to TL

Hi,
Whenever I drag n drop files from a timeline, it doesn't import in the right sequence, they are sorted by framerate, random or seemingly random.
Is there a setting to change this or is this a bug?

Use the Media Storage panel on the Media page for all Import operations.

Once imported, you can sort media in a variety of ways before adding to a timeline.

I want to be able to drag and drop without problems, in premiere this was also possible.. shouldn't be hard to fix that it goes in DR in right sequence..

This bug appeared on Resolve 16.1.
I opened a similar thread back then but it has not been fixed so far.

Don't drag from Windows Explorer directly to a timeline. Add to the Media Pool first, as Jim mentioned earlier.

I understand that, but...I presume what you want even more is a method that works, yes?
