When I shrink video 2 it shrinks the video beneath it

I am using a Green screen and using the color tab to remove the background for video 2. Video 1 is a .jpg I want to use as my intended background. I want to shrink the object in video 2 with the inspector tab, but when I try to do that, it cuts off my background in video 1. What can I do to fix this?

Make sure you add an Alpha Output in the Node Editor in the Color Page and connect your nodes like shown in the screenshot below.
