Bug in Text+ on edit page?

After creating key frames on a text+ clip on the edit page, there are no icons to allow editing the key frames.

If I do the same on a text clip the icons appear as I would expect them to.

Could this be a bug? Where does one report possible bugs?

I don't know if this is a bug, or by design.
