DaVinci Resolve screen frozen. (Read the message)

Whenever I open DaVinci Resolve, the screen is frozen, but the app behind the frozen screen is functional.
When I open DaVinci Resolve and click on the edit tab or anything, the screen will just stay frozen. but when I play the clip I can hear the sound or interact with any UI my curser changes just like it does normally. It's just a frozen(like a picture) screen but the app is functional but hidden behind the frozen screen.

Give us details of your system including OS, exact version of Resolve, GPU and its driver version, amount of ram, etc.
To post a video, put it on something like Dropbox or YouTube and post a link to it.
