Video exported with distorted visuals

PostFri Apr 23, 2021 3:39 pm

I'm trying to post a video to my youtube channel (scheduled for tomorrow) and my videos are distorting during the playback. this has just became an issue. i was using Version 16 (free) then upgraded to Version 17 (free) and the same thing keeps happening. See attached screenshot.

Bad card, bad transfer or insufficient GPU. More details, please!

during playback before export, pixelization happens in random parts of the video... goes away when your rewind and play again. exported version has distortion in it.

That looks like Optical Flow errors. If so, only thing you can do is NOT use Optical Flow on those clips.

It’s in the project settings.

Nearest can be a bit jumpy and blend is generating double-contours on fast motion. Choose your poison.

so i've changed the frame rate to per the. recommendation of other experts and that didnt do anything. i'm still getting pixelation...the clips are fine. i removed solid backgrounds with text because it made the video play very slow on the app. any other suggestions?

nevermind.. just ending up combining clips to the point of artifacts showing up, and then start making a new clip. i rendered the videos every 2-5 frames. it was a tedious process but it was definitely quicker than getting a response on here...
