change field dominance?

PostMon Apr 26, 2021 12:40 am

Hi, sorry - this is probably a stupid question,

But I am working in in DR studio 17.1.1 at a different facility to where I work normally, and I am trying to flag a few archive clips to upper field first to enable deinterlacing, but when I go into the clip attributes, the option is not there.

Any chance anyone can point me in the right direction?

screenshot attached of what I am seeing in the clip attributes, I think it used to be above the alpha mode? I have tried enabling and disabling field interlace processing.

Problem solved - had to change the clip to 25fps and field option became available.

I suppose there is no such thing as 48i so that makes sense
